SOUND & TOUCH

My signature experience

In my practice, the body precedes the mind. I believe that in order for someone to truly surrender to sound, they first need to feel safe and relaxed within their body. Touch acts as a bridge, helping the nervous system to calm down and creating the conditions for deeper receptivity.

That is why Sound Healing is incorporated as a natural continuation of massage. When the body has already softened and tension has receded, sound is not experienced as something foreign, but as a familiar extension of relaxation.

The combination of touch and sound allows the body and mind to reconnect harmoniously, offering a more complete experience of well-being than when applied individually.

Sound Healing, an ancient practice based on vibration and resonance, supports deep relaxation and inner peace.

In my approach, it never works in isolation, but in dialogue with the body and the needs of the person.

I don't follow strict protocols. I let myself be what emerges in the moment, creating each time a unique, grounded and authentic experience, where sound and touch lead with naturalness.

WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?

Sound Healing is a practice that uses sound and vibrations to promote relaxation and inner balance. During a session, the person lies or sits while musical instruments are played around or near the body.

The vibrations are not only heard, but are felt physically, helping the nervous system to calm down and the mind to release tension. Each experience is different and is tailored to the needs of each person.

SOUND INSTRUMENTS

Sound Healing in my sessions is mainly based on Moonbowls, handmade Tibetan bowls made of seven different metals.

Their deep, steady and long-lasting vibrations embrace the body, supporting grounding, relaxation and the natural discharge of the nervous system.

Through their sound, the body finds space to let go and re-tune.

In addition to the deep work of the moonbowls, I use the Hang Drum, which is a special and personal instrument of my practice. It is more than a modern percussion instrument, it is my most expressive instrument.

I discovered the magic of the Hang Drum when I visited the workshop of its creators in Bern, Switzerland. The truth is that I felt a lightning-fast love from the first melody; as if something inside me had awakened.

Each beat, each melody creates a narrative without words. This instrument "softens" the energy of the session, dissolves the sense of time and creates an ethereal atmosphere.

HOW SOUND HEALING WORKS

Scientific approach

Sound Healing is based on the principles of resonance and vibration. Every cell, organ and energy center in the body vibrates at a specific natural frequency.

When there is a decay, tension or energy imbalance, this frequency changes, affecting our well-being.

Restoring harmony: Through exposure to therapeutic sounds, such as those of Tibetan bowls or the Hang Drum, the body re-tunes to its natural oscillations, promoting cellular regeneration and energy balance.

Sounds with special frequencies: Frequencies such as 432Hz and 528Hz have been linked to reducing stress, improving sleep, and enhancing emotional stability.

Brainwave synchronization: Sounds guide the brain into slower brainwaves (Theta/Alpha), facilitating deep relaxation, meditative focus, and enhancing intuition.

Sound transmission through water: Our body is approximately 70% water, which makes it an excellent conductor of vibrations, enhancing the deepening of the experience.
