I am an introverted person. Many describe me as a \"quiet force\". I may not be able to influence others with my voice, but I have found my own way: through a profession that does not require many words. It is enough to be able to listen, to feel, to empathize. To offer, with all your authenticity and therapeutic intention.<\/p>

My need to understand the body and the subtle language with which it speaks, naturally led me to the field of holistic wellness. There I discovered that touch can become a bridge of connection, a way to listen, feel and heal.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

My journey in the world of care began in 2019, through esthetics and my first encounter with the human need to feel good about oneself. Very quickly, I felt the desire to go deeper: the external image was not enough \u2014 I wanted to reach the essence, our inner self.<\/p>

So, in 2021, I was led into the world of spa therapy. There I discovered how deeply an experience can touch you when there is intention, authenticity, and presence.<\/p>

I had the honor of working in luxury spas and high-end private villas in Greece and Europe, such as Daios Cove, Le Grand Jardin on the French Riviera, and the hotels of the Ultima Collection in the French and Swiss Alps.<\/p>

My practice has been shaped through studies in esthetics and cosmetology, specializations in therapeutic techniques, and participation in international massage competitions \u2014 a journey that helped me overcome fears, push my limits, and grow, both as a professional and as a person.<\/p>

Today, all of this journey is reflected in OLune, a space where every session is a human encounter and a journey back to presence and the truth of the body.<\/p>

From Fear to Self-Awareness<\/span><\/p>

Behind this journey lies my story \u2014 my path through fear, searching, and growth.<\/p>

From a young age, I remember being afraid. I was scared to express my emotions, ashamed of who I was, and had developed intense social anxiety.<\/p>

And yet, within me there was an inexhaustible light \u2014 an inner spark that urged me to search deeper. To understand why I felt that way, where all these feelings came from.<\/p>

I remember taking private physics lessons and struggling to grasp certain concepts. I constantly asked \"why,\" what this or that meant. I didn't just want to memorize \u2014 I wanted to understand, to go deeper.<\/p>

Perhaps because even then I felt a strong need to better understand myself and the world around me, and to bring order to my thoughts.<\/p>

I always loved caring for others, creating, giving. But for years I was not able to do so fully, because I did not know how to care for myself and my own wounds.<\/p>

Psychotherapy was a turning point for me. My inner tangle slowly began to unravel, and I realized that if I didn't learn to take care of myself, I would soon be unable to take care of anyone else.<\/p>

My own therapeutic journey helps me stand better beside the people who are beginning their own. I deeply believe in the power of holistic well-being \u2014 not only as therapy, but as a way of life.<\/p>
